I am astonished with what I am reading here or at least trying to read since the grammar and spelling is all fucked up by the "people" and I use that term lightly that post this superfluous nonsense. 1st of all we NEVER EVER represent ourselves as an email or internet service provider so get your facts right. Also we NEVER EVER charge $400 for our service but local yokel dorks and big-box retailers? You betcha!!! We hire Apple and Microsoft Certified Computer Technicians unlike the Dork Squad that pays their "technicians" again I use that term very loosely $8-$12 an hour and they know Dick about email recovery and email password recovery. We get the job done anywhere between 2-6 hours not 2-6 days or longer. Also our work is monitored unlike our competitors and we under promise and over deliver again unlike our competitors. Also we do need or want to call anyone else a "scam" BTW here is the actual meaning of the word:
the act of swindling by some fraudulent scheme. Our competitors think they have to use this term describing us ITOK and anyone else because they know that they quite frankly suck ass and swallow balls!!!!!! Stick to selling electronics and video games leave the real work to real professionals not booger-eating mouth-breathing dorks who will cause a hell of a lot more harm than good. I talk to countless people every day who have a service plan with the dorks or whatever big-box retailer they got their computer from and they say they had it to them and they STILL CANNOT GET INTO THEIR DAMN EMAIL!!!!!!!!!!! Hmmmmmm wonder why? Hell if I pay $200 $300 or $400 for a 1 2 or 3yr service plan your ass better fix my problem or I am gonna raise Holy Hell about it. Yet a scant few bitch about our industry which is remote computer repair? Look if you want quality and convenience you pay for it. 4am and the grocery is closed you need a gallon of milk for your baby you go to 7-11 and pay $4 or more don't bitch about it cause YOU needed it right then and there. BTW I am the oldest son and grandson so I am beyond tired of these uneducated morons who claim we know Dick and they know everything about computers because they fear what they do not know or want to know.That and they are just plain ignorant. I am not a Doctor. So if I am not feeling well and go see a Doc and he does some checking around and some tests and tells me I need to have surgery on my heart really soon or it won't end well for me I suppose I tell him "Nah it's not that my arm just tingles and I am sore a lil I am good" then I die guess what folks? MY FAULT!!!!!!! Not his because well HE is the expert not me. That being said do your due diligence and research and find the best solution for your situation. If you cannot get into your email your computer is trying to tell you something. If you have toolbars and your homepage which is usually www.msn.com is now home.tb.ask.com your computer is trying to tell you something. 8 months ago my Dad was driving out of town his car had ZERO trouble. Then while driving the freeway.......BAM!!!!!!!!! car shook and swerved and stopped running. He called AAA they towed it and the mechanic who is ASC Certified said his engine had blown and that he needed a new one. Think my Dad was pissed? Hell yes he was but not at the mechanic it was not his fault but he was not prepared to pay $5500 parts&labor or even the $3200 he paid for a used engine&labor but he did it because he needed his damn car. So even if you are going just fine then BOOM!!! cannot get into my email or the password won't work or anything else get a diagnostic done on it. Auto Mechanics Attorneys Financial Planners all do free diagnostics consultations and estimates but guess what America? They make a Hell of a lot more than we do and they do not work for free and neither does ANYBODY IN AMERICA!!!!!!!!!! We are the right choice for everybody but everybody does not feel we are the right choice for them and that is great we work on a lot of computers every day we are open we do not need to troll for business or cold call some schlep because we are bored and have nothing better to do. Yahoo Gmail Hotmail will NEVER provide free support because those email providers charge ZERO for the service. Ford makes trucks but when you need it fixed you go to a local mechanic who does or even to the dealership you bought it from. Look if you have a legitimate issue take it up with us and we will do our best to resolve the issue so that everyone is satisfied. But if I have that heart surgery and my Doc says no sexual activity no excitement because it will not end well for you and I go do it well then I blame the Doc for my dumbassness and ineptitude right cause he promised the surgery would fix my problem right? WRONG!!!!!! I.E. get your computer fixed don't run the software scans download games from Facebook and or Porn guess what? NOT OUR FAULT YOUR FAULT!!!!!!!! Use the common sense that GOD gave to all of us and LISTEN to the experts. Remember folks anything....ANYTHING Man-Made is gonna breakdown at some point no one can ethically and honestly guarantee it will not and if they do AND IF THEY DOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! Well then they are a Scam.
