I called them because I couldn't get my email, except with html. They said I had too much stuff on my computer and it needed to be cleaned and it would help if I stayed on line with them. I stayed on line with them for 3 hours. The tech said he had to go home (he was on the night shift and gave me his phone no. and extension. He never called me the next day and no one answers their phone. They say all techs or agents are busy so stay on line or dial 0. Dial 0 is always busy. The took money from my visa as soon as I gave the OK. Can't reach them by phone, they don't respond to my emails. Now they have my password, credit card # and anything else on my computer. Will they scam me more by using this info? The receipt say the $199 is for cleaning. But, what about my original problem? They didn't fix that.
