This company I feel are scam artists. The have no fixed prices. Their "analysts" know nothing, they use a system registry, to over hype what is wrong with their computer. Then they transfer you to the there "technicians" who do know quite a bit, but who choose to take the short path as per the Manager in charge, they only run quickscans, with malwarebytes, which only catches half the issues, The do minimal work, missing half the items that need to be removed from browsers all in a effort to funnel through as many people to get as much money. If your issue is too hard, or would take too much time, they do refund your money, as little as possible. If any work is done, that is at least 50% of what you paid, often 200.00$ or more, a full year of geeksquad is 200.00$ a year. They remove any other tech support items on your pc so it is only them to contact. Once you pay then want you to only deal with them, They do have 3 yearly subscriptions, however, 20$ is twice what geeksquad charges, both there respective activation fee is the same. Fast Pc Solutions Tiers for membership is 20, 30, 40 dollars, in the middle tier, is not much different adding a small backup resource, and also virus help, their last tier only adds networking help. all in all the way they do things is rather dismal, and disappointing.
