I bought airline tickets thru CheapOair. The agent never mentioned an AGENT FEE charge of 476.80. I made a complaint through my credit card company and just received a letter from them stating I have to pay it because the merchant provided my address and phone number. That's a bunch hooey. Of course they had that info. I got the tickets thru them. That's no reason to put the charge back on my card. And yes, I'm writing to the Credit card company yet again about this. I sure hope you can help. Seems no one else will. Thanks

Neil's mothers ticket has been refunded in full. Also, the airlines are the ones who make changes to customer's flights, not the travel agencies.
