Terrible cleaning job, our floors looked better prior to the cleaners coming out on Nov 8 2013. We were shocked when the cleaners showed up with no supplies and asked us if we had a broom????
We are very dissatisfied! And took photos and sent them to Cleanfiy immediately then asked them to cancel the future booking we had in a week and refund our money.
The company charged our card not only for the terrible job done that we had to spend hours cleaning our selves but also for an 8 hr clean that wr canceled and no one showed up for. I have given the manager ample opportunity to redeem themselved and they have not returned any of my calls or emails. It was very sad to be out this money right before christmas.
