After I canceled my order with them because their customer service people are rude amongst the 25 items they require to get you a passport. They emailed me stating they would refund my $129- $50non refundable Fee. It's been 1 month and I still have not received my $79. Do not use this service. It's a scam. Just go to the post office and pay for expedited service. I got my passport in less than 2 weeks.
