I orderes some Manola Blahnik shoes and they are fakes in a very bad quality.
There is no impressum on the website, there are no return-informations and after lots of e-mails I received an adress, where I can return the items to, but this is a fake one, too.
If you payed with MasterCard, you have to send back the items and turn in the receipt, so that the creditcard-company has a legal reason to refund the money!

Can you say me the "Adresse"? My Girl hase order in this Shop so now I have the same problems. And Luck in Bad Luck, I have pay with Creditcard. So I became my MOney back :-) -
