I have made an online purchase on 01/28/12 (order #5265161 thinking this was a good company that will expedite your password and once I received my confirmation email it listed a million different steps that I needed to do and send/provide to them in order to receive my expedited passport. They basically have YOU do ALL the work even PHOTOCOPIES (multiple) and you're paying them for the work YOU have done. I had NO idea it was going to at the end of the day cost me $350.00 to expedite my passport (is what the rep told me on the phone) as the confirmation email says different (to provide a check iao $170.00 for your passport) and I paid them $129.00 so $170.00 and $129.00 does NOT total $350.00. I made the order on a non-business day and called the first business day (Monday) and left a VM and my transaction STILL was not cancelled. I think called the following morning (01/31/12 @ 9:30) and dealt with a rude rep that did not want to help and basically said it is $350.00 total AND the cost of my passport picture that I would need to spend MORE money on. I do NOT feel comfortable having some outside company with HORRIBLE reviews having my banking info., social security #, copy of my birth certificate, having the check iao $170.00 with my bank account info provided to them). When I tried to let the woman know my order was NOT cancelled she began to say there is nothing they can do and I asked to speak to the supervisor and she said No and I repeatedly had to ask and finally she sent me to her VM - no call back! So then, I sent an email to the general email address provided on their website and NO response. There website indicates GREAT customer service once you order from them - it's a FRAUD LIE! I would be doing all this running around making copies and providing them all this personal confidential info when I was paying them when I could get it done by the post office WHO HAS ALL YOUR INFO. So after time had passed I called back AGAIN (same day) and spoke to a DIFFERENT rep. who did NOTHING but integrate, degrade and yell over me and said he could "careless what I did today" asking me a million questions basically calling me a liar that I never called. I provided them even with the number I called from. He proceeded to make me feel SO horrible and got NOTHING out of it but tears, ripped off and upset for the whole day. I would NEVER allow anyone to process a government confidential document and be in possession of ALL my information to people like this. I kept trying to explain I had even sent a f/u email after my call today and he kept proceeding to yell over me several times and ended up hanging up on me. I did not even curse at this man I just simply asked if I could speak as I let him speak. I have contacted the Sect. of State for Florida to let them know as there track record does not look to great (66 Complaints 40 - NOT responded too). I completely got ripped off for a service that was not even being performed by them. I am a hard working young woman who lives alone and do not deserve to be treated this way or taken advantage of. I do not know what it is going to take for a place like this to be shut down and stop ripping people off. I NEVER dealt with this. I also have The 72-Hour Right of Rescission for purchases across state lines. This company is located in FL and I am located out of Boston. I guess you cannot believe a website that looks official because all they need to do is say nope you never cancelled and take your money and they don't even need to do anything after-free $129.00 to keep a horrible company opened. I never filed a Complaint for ANY company that goes to show how upset and hurt I am the way I was treated by a company that "I" paid and is supposed to be working with me and helping me not YELLING and not work with you nor listen to you. I am furious and WILL get MYy the money back I am entitled to for a service that was NOT completed. Please don't let this happen to someone else.
