I thought I was using the company for passport service, but I too realized it was just to expedite the passport and not for the actual passport fees ($170 governement fees). So this company charges anywhere from $150 to $300 just to expedite your passport that even though you can pay the US Passport agency $60 bucks to have it expedited the same amount of time. Pretty much this company doesnt offer a service, they offer a scam. And when you call them, they are all rude. The representatives, the case worker, the managers, everyone. I am calling my bank to file a fraud claim against them. Please do not use them! I've even emailed google and starbucks because USPassport123.com has their logos on their website and loyal customers, total fake I'm sure.
