99% of calendars start with Sunday, but not theirs. If you planned to check out on Monday and by habit click the space where Monday usually is, you just paid an extra day as their calendar has Tuesday in that spot. Normally this wouldn't be an issue as after giving them your credit card info you get a summary to submit so that you can review what you are buying. Not on this site, as on the same page you give the credit card information and push the button, it's a done deal with no chance to check dates. So I called the hotel and they said no problem if I want to check out Monday but to call HotelsOne. After finally getting a supervisor she acted like she understood the situation and that all she had to do is get the hotel to approve. She said to hold on for 5 minutes and she'd call them. Meanwhile I called the hotel and asked them to let me know after she called. I held for 15 minutes and she said, the hotel won't let you off paying for the day. I called the hotel and they never got a call nor did the national reservation desk. These folks are tricky and they lie!
