we answered advertisment and purchased male dog named max from chassity rameriz in como,texas for 300.00 plus shipping. She informed us of receipt of funds and arranged shipping. mcdonald,steven then called and informed us of insurance coverage needed to ship dog. 985.00 more wired to them. We refused and checked further about state requirments. We also checked the location of the shipping firm and the address is a cattle ranch outside como,texas. He insisted it was state law and must be followed. They now have relented to do only half the amount and have broken off contact.
