This supposed free efile tax service charged me $84.85 in fees for efiling my return and getting a direct deposit refund. My son's refund was $100 and this company took it all!!! When you log into the software after your return is filed, they freeze you out of any of the efile/banking details. NOWHERE in this program did it state fees would be charged.
