They automatically deducted 29.95 for doing a State return without stating it and then sent to a 3rd party merchant and they deducted another 64.90 for what ever they did - all with out telling us. We called today 2/25/2012 and the female was an unbelievable (Inappropriate Content Removed) and was rude as could be. Dont believe what you see - not much is ever free obviously.
