we file are taxes throught etax.com thinking it was free (stated it was free) and when i got to the end it had several different price's we picked the 29.95 and they stated we get our taxes back in 8 days. we when back on web sight and they said we get them on april 25. we didn't them on the 25. I try to go back on there web sight but couldn't log on so I went to IRS web sight and they said we get our taxs on May 1 and we did get them on the 1st. But etax charge us $85.00 I feel this was so wrong. They claim they are free then say it cost so much to get back. the 29.95 wasn't bad because we thought we were getting them back 8 days. But to be charge $85.00 really tic's me off.
