Kirby Vacuum Cleaners/Gold Circle Industries

Its a long story but we bought the vacuum one night and sent in the cancellation the next morning. Gold circle industries got the cancellation but then never reported it to the preferred credit and so we were never canceled. We fought over and over again with David Zimmer the manager over the company and he said he would get it taken care of finally. David called one morning to come get the vacuum and that he would cancel everything. We called the next day and David reported it as a voluntary repossession. So right now i have a big debt or a vacuum i don't even have anymore. We have text messages from a guy that works there that says they received the cancellation and we scheduled pick up over the text messages many times. If anyone can help with any information that would be wonderful.
