A woman named Channel with the Kirby Company called to ask about carpet cleaning and I said I just had them done and she said that was alright...would it be OK to do a survey about their equipment...with the salesman that would be coming by 4pmk to 5pm for our time they would give a Black and Decker Food Processor for a free gift.........they came by and did the carpets in the Casita and we did the survey and was suppose to receive a Black and Decker Food processor for our time and doing the survey....we had to go to dinner at 5:30pm....we had to leave and the guy doing the carpet demonstration was finished and we left him to wait for the manager to pick him up....we left him a chair so he was a bit more comfortable..and he said he would leave the food processor in the courtyard and close the gate...all other doors in the house were locked....nothing was taken that we have noticed.....what a rotten company to have not left the food processor....they knew we were not going to buy the product and totally lied to us about the food processor.......What they have done was not to not trust any phone sales ...they also were gaining points for a trip to Hawaii....what a farce......will never purchase a Kirby vacumn now or ever.......
