On 12/11/2011 I purchase a Norton Internet Security for $360. On 12/12/2011 having a problem contacted PCcare and their Technician erroreoneously removed Norton. When I advised the Tech Norton Premier 360 was installed which cost $182. I contacted PC care on 1/10/2012 and requesterd them to reinstall my Norton Life. Their customer service rep advised that to correct the problem they would install Avast security which he alleged was a better productfor three years free. Not knowing about advast I agreed. I checked the cost of a years subscription for advast which is only $50. They are ripping me off. I emailed them about what i found out.
