I purchased a public record look up account. It advertises a one time fee. I read all the terms and conditions and verified to information prior to purchasing. After charging my credit card, it redirected to another site not listed anywhere in the terms and conditions. It did this after the payment was processed and the site was memberslogin.org; a site I previously complained on as offering services not available without excessive additional costs. The original page did not list anywhere that they were affiliated with memberslogin.org.
