International boundaries

I have no idea how they got in contact with me, but they said they had detected a virus (or something) in my Mac Pro. I spent about 2 hours on the phone with 3-4 people who said they were "cleaning" my computer. They were certainly able to control my computer. On March 31 I found an "item" on my screen (which may have been there on the 29th or 30th, but I didn't notice it) which contained the following information:
