On February 15, 2017, I was contacted by tech live, stating that government had not renewed their license and because of that they were instructed to contact their customers that they had sold tech support to and refund them their money, in order to do this they needed access to my computer as well as my banking information to which stated they had on file and actually quoted this information to me and if I did not allow them to give me a refund I would be charged $2,000 from the Trump administration for refusing to allow them to remove their software and issue me a immediate refund. They did go through the process of of removing the software and issuing a refund from their chase bank account directly into my account via bank transfer, however, the transfer did not go through and so they stated I should wait at least 2 hours and then the money which show up in my account, which of course it has not, as well because I not sure how deep this scam goes, however I paid for a service that was for a year and I receieved a phone call that my money was being refunded and this has not happened. the person I originally spoke to was nahid, and the supervisor name was piyush baweja back in august. today they names they claim were peter William id number 727tlc and charley Wilson id number 2mn-296 which is believe was also fake names, as well stating that president trump as issued a order that they could not renew their license and that is was not to be published in the news media per president trump and they have been ordered to call the customers and issue a immediate refund the calls were being recorded and any refusal of allowing the refund to be issued the government would assess that person a $2,000 penalty and they were simply trying to do what the government has instructed them to do. they even went as far as pulling up what they said was their chase bank account showing funds in this account allowing them the ability to issues these government demanded refunds they even gave me several phone number for contacting them 626-709-3809 and 817 784 7907, which now the 626 number is no longer a working number, as well 817 only allows a message to be left, when if first called the numbers someone answered due to they were still logged into my system someone simply responded to exit out of their system and then they hung, at which point thereafter 626 is no longer a working number and like I said 817 you can only leave a message no one answers and then you get voice mail, trust and believe when these scams are ran they don't actually know what and who that person they are scamming are connected to politically as well as legally, and I am just that individual so this will not go on unanswered as far as getting my money back, legally speaking there is a action of recourse that can be taken, it may take some channels and time however it will not go unanswered, so, I would advise it be best to just refund my money, and everyone else's that they have scam in the long run it would advantageous to everyone involved, you can run, but you can't hide, and this will catch up with you, unfortunately, in a very bad way and you may end paying much more than you bargain for, just saying.........
