The same thing kept happening to me. First, was the Warning. When I clicked on the alert, I ended up purchasing "Advanced Mac Cleaner". Then I was transferred to someone who asked me what was the trouble I was having on my computer. I stated that I didn't know I had any. The person said that they would
"Check". Then said I had all of these problems of malware, cookies, etc. Then I was transferred to the "supervisor" who talked me into "ongoing support" that provided "lifetime security", plus a "30 day Money Back Guaranty". Their website says I am eligible for it,
but they are trying to refund only half of the purchase
price, "since the tech worked on my computer".
