They took £69.95 out my bank account for a service I didn't require. I phoned the straight away only to be met with a rude women who told me I would have it back within 7 days. 7 days past.... No money. Phoned them again and they said 30 days. 30 days past.... No money. I phoned them again and the rude lady said it would be prosessed that day and would be in my account in 2&3 days. But you guessed it still no money!!!! I phoned up today to be greated by miss rude. She told me it will be prossed on Friday. I said I was very angry about being lies to about my money. She hung up. I phoned back and she told me I was rude and to stop calling and she hung up. I have never received such horrendous customer service in my hole life. This women who answers the phone is absolutely discussting
