I was simply trying to do a change of address online on what I logged in on as usps.com - that's what is on the outside of the envelope given to me by the postal worker. However, I was deceitfully and unknowingly routed to my-postal-address-change.com There is no phone number or address, only an email box that states when you submit your request for the refund that a representative will reply to your message shortly. I'm sure the post offices have gotten many calls when customers reailze they've been charged $39.95 for a service that USPS charge $1.05 for; they should at least tell you to beware if you are doing the change of address online. BIG SCAM!!!! these companies should not be allowed to do this.
