I have been scammed by this company. I have emailed and made nurmerous of phone calls yet 7 months on I am still waiting to receive my refund. I phone them at least once a week and the person on the other end of the phone always says it will be in your account by the end of the week. I am fed up of getting fobbed off as this has been going on for 7 months now. The person on the phone is very rude and unhelpful and always hangs up the phone when I start to ask questions.
