£69.95 was debited from my account. I was told initially that I would get the refund back in seven (7) days. Then I let ten days go by and call. Then I was told with attitude that they have 30 days to get my refund. 30 days passed, I called again for a third time and they stated 30 business days. I called back for the fourth time on the 30th business day and they said it takes 3 - 4 days to show up in the bank account. I called on the 3rd day for the fifth time and they said it will be deposited sometime this week. Today is the 19th of February and I have not received my £69.95 refund. The unauthorised debit was taken on the 2nd of January 2014. That was over a month and a half ago. No refund, only promises. This is an illegal tactic and this company should be burned down to the ground. Pardon my French. I have seen many complaints where they have robbed several persons.
