I researched and ordered the product garcinia cambogia in Jan. had adverse side effects. Called on Jan.30 2014 and cancelled by phone. Received my CC statement and was charged 43.45. Called customer service and was helped by Jande. Company claimed they never received my cancellation call, they say backed up by the computer. Asked who I talked to and cancellation number neither I had been given. In effect I was called a liar. I had called within the specific time frame. Agree with others that the trial period starts when ordered and not received . Can make trying a very small window. Told I could take part in the valentine day special for the 43.45 price. WHY would I do that when the product made me sick! Feel very insulted and especially will never trust DR. OZ or Oprah endorsements again. BUYER BEWARE!!! Also, VERY Long wait time on the phone
