I ordered a replacement power cord for my laptop. It worked once and then quit, which should teach me not to buy cheap Chinese knockoffs. I emailed them and asked them for return authorization. They have refused, and instead want me to try my original cord with part of their cord. My original cord is damaged! I keep telling them. They say sorry, they can't refund until I've "tried" and even then they will only refund 15% of what I paid. IT's not the money I've lost, it's the time and aggravation. Don't waste your time with these people!!! They are selling inferior products and refusing to stand by them.
