I ordered a replacment battery for my laptop. Laptoptown.com, which was my first mistake.
They sent me the wrong part.
Here is the fraudulent scheme used by this company, laptoptown.com, to prevent the reimbursement.
–First, the company asked for photos (in order to delay return of the item)
–Then the company said they would refund my money if I returned it and they would pay the shipping. After I returned it, they refused to refund my money saying I ordered the wrong part. I proved to them by copy of the order this was false.
- All of this took over 5 weeks of taking photos, more emails, etc, etc.
Laptoptown.com is a fraudulent operation,
beware and avoid this company. They lie.
