I ordered a new keyboard for a Toshiba laptop, paid by debit card. After payment no confirmation email was sent, no shipping and tracking information was provided. I contacted the company by email and have received no response as to the status of my order. I paid additional for priority shipping and was supposed to receive my purchase within 3 to 5 days
