Unlimited backup program is NOT unlimited.
Yesterday, I tried backing up my iPhone photos, but it stopped telling me I was out of space. Huh? I have an unlimitied plan and I use it as a typically home user. Photo's, some (not very many) video's. Currently I have about 800GB to backup. And that's the limit on Justcloud.
I thought I had a longterm backup solution. 800GB is NOT MUCH for a home user, but they state I offend their fair use policy. Justcloud advertises "unlimited", but they mean: "800GB". And I even upgraded for video's and an extra licence for laptop!
I hate this! Bye bye EUR 193.33 (about USD 261). I'm going to fight for FULL refund as this backup solution is useless to me.
