I ordered a new Pink DS Lite for my daughter on 03/12/13 for christmas,they promised it would be here in time after i had emailed them to chase it up. Not only did it not arrive untill after christmas but it was not the one that i had ordered. I emailed them again saying how angry i was and that my daughter was devastated, i told them that i wanted return details so i could get a full refund but they have not bothered to reply???
