I was duped by Just Cloud into paying a recurrent yearly automatic renewal of payment. I authorized payment for one (1) year only, NOT automatic renewals.
I need yearly pre-termination notifications, so that I will decide for renewal or termination after each year.
I DO NOT AUTHORIZE automatic yearly renewals.
If this cannot be changed, will request full termination of such contract.
