Discountbooksale.com has been charging my credit card without my authorization and knowledge since July, 2009. I purchased a $3.99 book from them and ended up paying $358.60 for their fraudulent monthly membership fees (starting $19.95 for 10 months and $9.95 afterwards). I ordered a lot of books online and therefore didn't catch their scam earlier until yesterday. I contacted their customer service today and was told that they could only give me a refund for two months (i.e., $19.90). I don't understand how this unethical company can be still in business after stealing money from so many people.
