I purchased a used paperback book November 2011 at a discounted rate, first time buyer. They took my card and have been charging me $9.95 every month since then. I am remiss in not catching this charge earlier, having only seen it today. I called my credit card company to investigate. We had a 3-way call with Dan and he offered 2 months refund of $19.95 but nothing further. The used paperback book cost me $119.40 plus interest...
