Two years ago we made a one time purchase, that appeared to offer a one time discount of $5, it did not make it clear that making that purchase automatically enrolled us in a CLUB for which you would be charged 9.95 a month, my husband never picked up on it, we were charged almost $240. they must encounter this all the time as they readily offered to refund one months charge when I complained and every time I continued to protest the added a month, when I got frustrated and demanded to speak to a supervisor they then refunded an additional Three months for 29.95. Honestly this is a scam, they in no way made it clear that you were joining a membership, they never sent emails though they clearly had the email address, never heard from them again except for a small charge on the credit card every month, with all that is going on it went unnoticed....... They gave me a corporate address to write to but really?
