I ordered a Potty Training Book. It was a used copy for $.25 in June of 2010. I noticed a charge of $9.95 the last few months on my Visa credit card. When I called the phone number on the credit card statement, I was told it was for a membership in the club. I did not authorize any membership, I get no catalogues or membership notices or offers monthly so it slipped through my notice until this month when I noticed the charges repeatedly for over a year. I have tried to contact someone at corporate office and have been told I would receive a call from them in the next few days . Nothing, no contact.
