I must agree with the opinion of a number of others who have filed complaints here. JustCloud seems to be more than just a poorly run business, it appears to be a scam operation.
Besides not providing the services for which money was paid, JustCloud did not respond to 2 emails sent to them over the following week informing them that they did not provide the services and asking them to do so. I also filed a complaint with them which was not responded to in a satisfactory manner.
Moreover, the basic upload speed is remarkably slow. After you pay them, JustCloud is kind enough to inform you that they actually have a faster upload speed, but you do not get it unless you, that's right, pay them more money. That is where the feeling of being scammed really starts. If you are looking for backup services, my advice is by all means look elsewhere.
