Looking for a room in Louisville, clicked on Spring Hill Suites Louisville Downtown, purchased room for two nights.
They gave me one king bed instead of requested 2 queens. When I went to change the reservation, insisted that I would have to pay $50 fee to change, even though I'm there on the screen and can see they still have the 2 queens available.
Calls to Marriott and Spring Hill Suites--they claim this company owns the rooms, can't do anything.
This is unacceptable.
