I brought 2 desk top acers computors, one witch I have had no problems with the other nothing but trouble. I sent it back to acer for them to check it over under warrenty they replaced main componence and sent back to me, in very good time. A week later the same thing was going on with the computor, so again I rang acer and it was sent away for the reqair again, once again got it back in good time. Again the machine started doing the same thing this time I asked to speak to someone i.e manager and was put on to a lady who told me that if I sent it back the would not return it until the problem had be fixed, I explained to her that I have had nothing but problems with this machine and that it was just about out of warrenty and I wanted a replacement machine, she said send it back and we will have another look and if you get it back and it starts playing up again over the next or so months they would repolace the machine even though it would be out of warrenty by then. I beleived what i was told and sent the machine back to acer and again it came back with no work done on it this time. Again it was doing the same thing that it aways done so again I rang acer asked for the manager and got a different lady. I explained explained all the past history of the machine and she told me that they would not be able to replace the machine, but were perpaired to take at look at it and again promissed that it would not come back untill it was running right. I tried to get the head of acer to get in touch with them, but was told they are not allow to give out contact information for the higher up people in acer. What a joke I am so mad. Any help from anyone please
