I sent my out of warranty but immaculate well treated notebook to have the poorly designed case and lid hinges repaired at my cost. They accepted payment for the job then after receiving my notebook they notified me that they did not have the parts, even though they still sell that model. They have not returned the notebook or my repair payment after tens of emails and phone calls. They are crooks never buy an ACER you will receive the worst support in the World!!
