I have the same situation as the one below by Kate. Same date of order and through Living Social. I'm in Ireland so mine is in Euros. Have sent numerous emails only a few answered by Customer Service Agent John Wheeler who keeps informing me that it's a 30 day wait due to T&Cs (which doesn't apply as it was their fault!) and then after the first 30 days I was told no return of money until the Living Social voucher has expired (which doesn't apply since it was their fault!). Living Social won't even reply to an email. I'm 2 months now ripped off of €100.00 (not counting what I paid Living Social) and no product either.

I ordered an SD card from this company using a voucher I bought from a separate company "Livingsocial". When I was completing the order I was inadvertently charged the full price for the product of £72.98 this was on top of the £18 I had already paid for the voucher. I contacted the company straight away and they said it would take 21 days for delivery of the product and 30 days for refund. It has been almost 2 months now I only recieved the product last week and am still waiting on my refund. My last emaiils have not been answered and I'm beginning to think that I will never see the money.I am getting very frustrated and am not sure what step to take next.
