I purchased Giant Garden Games back on 2nd June via Mighty Deals. I placed my order with Gadgetsandproducts.co.uk the same day but didn't receive my order from them until the end of June, and only then because I pestered the company with numerous emails as to the whereabouts of my order, otherwise I am sure I would have never got it.
When it did finally arrive, it was nothing like the pictures or description - the so-called "giant" dominoes where nothing more than postcard size, nowhere near as big as they appear on the photos online. I submitted a returns form on the gadgetsandproducts website, to which I received no reply, so responded to the email received previously from them regarding the whereabouts of my order. When I finally got a response I was instructed how to return the goods, which I followed, returning them at the beginning of July, by recorded delivery. The Post Office can confirm they were delivered.
To date I have still not received my refund. For the best part of the last 2 months I have been trying to contact the company to very little success. I sent a final response by recorded post (31 August) holding them in breach of contract and giving them 7 days to issue the refund. I received an immediate response to this letter apologising for the problems and confirming the refund would be processed. I have not heard from them since nor have I had the refund. It's only £23.95! I cannot understand why they don't respond to their customers.
