I purchased a set of garden dominos via a Woucher deal on June 3rd but due to problems with the website instead of taking just the postage cost of £5.95 the full cost of the goods were taken £55.94 an overcharge of £49.99. I emailed the company straight away to cancel the order and have emailed them on numerous occasions since. They have had copies of the order and at first were answering the phone and continually said they would refund the overcharge. It is now November and I am still waiting. The dominos themselves were nothing like the size of those shown in the photograph. A company to be avoided at all costs. Wish I had seen these posts before I parted with my hard earned cash. This error of judgement has cost me £66.94 for something that really was not as advertised
