Purcharsed a promotional 60min full body essential oil massage through outlet.com.sg on 16 July, booked for massage to be on Aug 27 at 3pm.

At time of booking, was treated rudely by the person (Chinese National woman), insisting I tell her how much I paid, I said it's not stated on the voucher, I need to check as I can't remember off hand. (Booking was not done on same day as purchase).

That aside, on Aug 26 at 3pm, received a call from this same woman, asking if I confirm the appointment Aug27 - I replied yes and hang up.

Today, Aug27 arrived at iBeauty Blk 186 Toa Payoh, only to be told that outlet.com.sg no longer in business, and they are not honouring the voucher unless I top-up $10, I refused - why should I? She should have told me that when she called to reconfirm the appointment, why didn't she? I wasted my time travelling down to be treated like a fool!

Partners like these with xxx.com should honour their promotions, whatever happens. Please do not visit "con-shops" like these !
