On 02/08/2012 I noticed two $50 charges pending on my account, I tried to contact bank at that time to get more info, but couldn't reach a live person. Later that night the pending charges had "disappeared" so I didn't worry about calling the bank back. I checked my account today, 02/09/2012, and noticed that I now have two separate transactions on my account from VCollect; one for $850 and the other for $786. I had never heard of this company until today and I want and need my money back ASAP!!! Please help!!!
