on 2/3 I had an unauthorized transaction on my Walmart account. I called Walmart right away to inform them this was not authorized. I have been trying to reach them to get a phone number for VCOLLECT all they do is give you phone numbers that do not work. They told me to contact the police which I did case number 12-049-9514 in San Jose, Ca. I have been trying now for almost a month to get this fixed. Walmart offers no help when you finally get a live person after sitting on the phone for over an hour. The main number they tell you to call is a recording talking about tax refunds it tells you to wait 10 days and thank you for calling and hangs up on you. No options to talk to anyone.
