RECEIVED E-MAIL FROM "CUSTOMER" TO BUY MY VEHICLE. USING PAY PAL THEY "TRANSFERRRED" $1500 TOO MUCH THEN ASKED ME TO WESTERN UNION THEM $1400 TO PAY FOR SOME KIND OF CHARGES FOR PICK UP OF THE VEHICLE.
VERY CRUDE USE OF ENGLISH IN ALL COMMUNICATIONS--OBVIOUSLY ENGLISH IS 2ND LANGUAGE.
USE OF REALISTIC PAY PAL COMMUNICATION STATING $11,000 HAD BEEN TRANSFERRED TO MY ACCOUNT(THAT I HAD JUST OPENED THINKING ORIGINALLY THIS WAS A LEGIT DEAL.
