One day a officer called out of the blue and said that if I didn't pay $400.00 for a pay day loan that I dont remember taking out, anyway I agreed to pay one of $206.00 that day and the remaining balance two weeks from then. They had me type a letter to Mike Love apoligizing for the mishap and telling hime what dates that I was going to let them draw the money from my banking account. See I sent them a copy of my drivers license and bank card number - BIG MISTAKE anyway I did this because stupid me let them scare me when they threaten to come to my place of employment and take me into custody and flag my social security number. Luckily I read these clips and was able to dispute the claims with my bank back in December which my account was credited. Unfortunately now Feb the bank has been sent copies that I originally sent and they want be to pay the $1900.00 back. Lesson learned dont ever give that kind of information out again. Trust me other places have called after the incident occurred and tried the exact same thing.
