I paid £323.99 for the MOS 2016 package (4 exams + courseware). I have worked my way through the "Word" module and the training materials are extremely poor. Certain subject matter needed for the exam is not even covered, Practice files missing or incorrectly linked to the wrong sections. I emailed them firstly about missing subjects from their training material and I got a snotty 1 line reply saying that all subject matters are covered in their training materials. THEY ARE NOT. I then emailed the company again asking for a refund and haven't heard anything from them since. GARBAGE
Update: 01/05/2017
My complaint has now been successfully dealt with. I received a very polite & courteous phone call from the company concerned and all my issues have been addressed.
