Having Paid for a package course using my veteran learning credits, they are an accredited provider ELC 4843" I have been able to do the online assessments but to move on to the next stage i needed to go on a residential. I have been put on permanent hold. No response from Anne Street the coordinator or from her Boss Richard Hawkins.
To boot the quality of training is less than average. Please dont waste your time with this provider I have complained to ELCAS to have them removed to spare UK veterans experiencing the same as loss as I have.
